Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yakiniku King, we value every guest’s experience and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment a reservation is made.

Reservation Cancellation

Guests may cancel or modify their reservation in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to the reservation. We kindly ask guests to notify the restaurant as early as possible if they are unable to attend, so that we can make the table available to other guests.

For reservations that require a deposit or advance payment, the applicable cancellation period and refund conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made within the permitted period may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the terms of the reservation.

No-Show and Late Cancellation

If a guest does not arrive for a reservation without prior notice, or cancels after the applicable cancellation deadline, the deposit or advance payment may be non-refundable. Where applicable, additional charges may also apply in accordance with the reservation terms.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Yakiniku King is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

In cases where an order has been paid for but cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances attributable to the restaurant, guests may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Changes and Exceptions

Certain promotions, special events, prepaid packages, or promotional offers may be subject to separate cancellation and refund conditions. These terms will be communicated clearly before payment is completed.
